Article 1 - Applicability

1.1 - The general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur.
1.2 - The general terms and conditions are made available on the Playpen.eu site, a digital copy in PDF format will be sent on request.

Article 2 - Offer

2.1 - If an offer is made under specific product conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
2.2 - The offer contains a description / image of the products offered. The description / image is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer, hereafter referred to as: the customer.
2.3 - Playpen.eu uses images that offer a true representation of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

Article 3 - The agreement

3.1 - An agreement between Playpen.eu and the customer is established after an order / assignment / verbal agreement has been confirmed by Playpen.eu by means of an order confirmation.
3.2 - As long as the receipt of an order has not been confirmed by Playpen.eu, the customer can terminate the agreement free of charge.
3.3 - Playpen.eu reserves the right, without stating reasons, not to accept orders or assignments and / or to terminate access to all or part of its services at any time without prior notice or liability on the part of Playpen.eu.

Article 4 - Right of withdrawal

4.1 - When purchasing products, the customer has the option to dissolve the agreement for 14 days without giving any reason. This cooling-off period starts on the day of receipt or delivery of the product, even if delivered to neighbors. For multiple products that are delivered separately, this starts on the day of receipt or delivery of the last product delivered, even if delivered to neighbors.
4.2 - The customer will handle the product and the packaging with care during the cooling-off period. The product will only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to be able to assess whether the customer wishes to keep the product.
4.3 - If use is made of the right of withdrawal, the customer will return the product with all supplied accessories and (if reasonably possible) in the original condition and packaging to Playpen.eu, in accordance with the instructions provided by Playpen.eu.
4.4 - It is desirable that the product and packaging are treated with care. If the product or packaging is more damaged than is necessary to assess the product, in the most extreme cases a reduction in value can be charged.

Article 5 - Costs in case of withdrawal

5.1 - If the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal, the costs of return will be borne by the customer.
5.2 - If damage is caused to the product as a result of any kind of negligence, the costs arising from this will be borne by the customer.
5.3 - If value reduction or damage due to negligence applies, this will be deducted from the amount to be repaid.
5.4 - If the buyer has paid an amount, Playpen.eu will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after the return or cancellation.

Article 6 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

6.1 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies to products:

Article 7 - The Prize

7.3 - The prices stated in the range of products include VAT and excluding any shipping costs - unless stated otherwise.

Article 8 - Conformity and Warranty

8.1 - Playpen.eu guarantees that the products supplied by Playpen.eu meet the requirements of usability, reliability and service life as reasonably intended by the parties to the purchase agreement.
8.2 - The buyer is obliged to immediately check the delivered products upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered products are incorrect, defective or damaged, the buyer must, before proceeding to return to Playpen.eu, immediately report these defects in writing or via electronic means.
8.3 - Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must and can be reported to Playpen.eu at the latest up to 2 days after receipt. Return of the products must be in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) in new condition.
8.4 - The warranty period of Playpen.eu corresponds to the factory warranty period. unless otherwise stated. However, Playpen.eu is never responsible for the ultimate suitability of the products for each individual application by the customer.
8.5 - Commissioning after the discovery of a defect, damage arising after the discovery of a defect, objections and / or resale after the discovery of a defect, completely cancels the right to return.
8.6 - If Playpen.eu considers the customer's complaints to be justified, Playpen.eu will replace the delivered products free of charge or make a written arrangement with the buyer about the compensation, on the understanding that the liability of Playpen.eu is the amount of compensation. is always limited to at most the invoice amount of the product / order in question.
8.7 - Any liability of Playpen.eu for any other form of damage is excluded, including additional compensation in any form whatsoever, compensation for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage due to lost profit.
8.8 - This warranty does not apply if:
- Customer towards Playpen.eu is in default
- Customer has repaired and / or modified the delivered products himself or had them repaired and / or modified by third parties
- The products supplied have been exposed to abnormal circumstances or have been carelessly treated in any other way or contrary to the instructions of Playpen.eu and / or instructions on the packaging.
- Returned goods that do not show a defect and / or do not fall within the warranty conditions will be returned by return. In such cases, Playpen.eu is forced to pass on the costs incurred.
- If goods returned are not returned, there will be no second shipping attempt and goods will be stored for a maximum of 1 year after receipt. After this year any claim to the goods will expire. Any shipping costs must be paid before the goods are offered for shipment again.

Article 9 - Delivery and implementation

9.1 - Playpen.eu will take the greatest possible care when receiving and when executing orders.
9.2 - Orders that have been confirmed will be executed with due speed but at the latest within 30 days unless a longer delivery period has been agreed.
9.3 - If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or only partially be executed, the buyer will be notified of this no later than 3 days after he has placed the order. In that case the buyer has the right to terminate the agreement without costs.

Article 10 - Payment

10.1 - Unless otherwise agreed, the amounts owed by the buyer must be paid within 7 days after the cancellation right commences.
10.2 - The customer has the duty to report inaccuracies in provided or specified payment data to the entrepreneur as soon as possible.
10.3 - In the event of non-payment, Playpen.eu has the right to charge the costs made known to the customer in advance.

Article 11 - Force majeure

11.1 - Playpen.eu is not liable if and insofar as commitments cannot be met due to force majeure.
11.2 - Force majeure means any strange cause, as well as any circumstance, which should not reasonably be at risk for Playpen.eu. Delays in extreme weather conditions and suppliers, disruptions to the internet, disruptions to the electricity network, disruptions in e-mail traffic and disruptions or changes in technology supplied by third parties, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in supply, illness of staff, defects in aids or means of transport are expressly considered as force majeure.

11.4 - Under no circumstances is Playpen.eu obliged to pay any fine or compensation.

Article 12 - Liability

12.1 - Playpen.eu is not liable for damage to goods, vehicles or other objects caused by incorrect use of the products offered.
12.2 - Read the instructions on the package and / or consult customer service prior to use.

Article 13 - Complaints

Complaints can be made via info@Playpen.eu. Playpen.eu will always take complaints seriously, record them carefully and handle them as quickly as possible. Complaints will be treated confidentially.
