Returns
After receipt you have a period of 14 days to review the product. The period starts on the day of receipt or delivery of the product (even if delivered to the neighbors). Within this period you can view the product and assess whether you want to keep it. Keep in mind that returns are only possible in original unwritten packaging, undamaged and with all accessories.
It is desirable that the product and packaging are treated with care. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to assess the product, then in the extreme case a reduction in value can be charged to you.
If the product and packaging meet the conditions for return, you can make this known via the cancellation form. Do not send the product to be returned yet. Playpen.eu will contact you as soon as possible with further return instructions.

The total amount of the invoice will be refunded after receiving the product in approx. 2 working days (maximum 14 days after registering return) with the same payment method / to the same account number as with which you paid.
